Shipment Processing Time
Due to the current situation, delivery times may take longer due to security measures related to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address noted in the customer order. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates.
Local Pick Up
Free local pickup is currently available for those who live in or around the Columbus, Georgia area. Just use the discount code “LOCALSONLY” at checkout for free local pickup. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shop.longhidesign.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Shop.longhidesign.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
All International packages are shipped USPS First-Class Package International Service.
International shipments may take a little longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.
Items ordered together will not be split; all items will ship together.

Returns Policy
Due to the limited nature of these products, all sales are final. Prints purchased through this website cannot be exchanged or returned. If you feel there is a good reason for an exception to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of making your order at: longhidesignco@gmail.com.
